How long does pool excavation take?

A standard rectangular pool on a flat site with good access typically takes 1–2 days. Freeform designs, sloped sites, tight access, or rock can extend this. We'll give you a programme with your quote.

What if there's rock?

We assess rock risk at the site visit. If rock is likely we'll include a rock-breaking allowance in the quote. If rock is encountered unexpectedly we notify you immediately before proceeding.

Can you access my back yard?

Our tight-access excavator fits through a standard 900mm gate. We assess access at the site visit and plan accordingly. In some cases we need to remove a fence panel — we coordinate this with you.

Do you work with all pool builders?

Yes. We work alongside any pool builder. Provide your pool builder's contact and we'll coordinate the programme directly with them.

What do you leave the site looking like?

Clean excavation ready for the pool builder. All spoil removed. Site tidy. The pool builder should be able to start immediately after we finish.

Do you excavate pools in Whitianga and Coromandel?

Yes. We service the full Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Coromandel regions including Whitianga, Thames, and surrounding areas.
