Why is my section flooding after rain?

Usually water has nowhere to go — blocked or undersized stormwater, no soakage, or levels that fall towards the house. We assess the fall and the soakage before recommending anything.

What's a soak hole and do I need one?

A soak hole is an excavated, metal-filled pit that lets stormwater soak into the ground where there's no council connection available. Whether you need one depends on your ground's soakage rate and your council's requirements.

Do I legally need a certified drainlayer?

Yes — sanitary and stormwater drainage connected to council systems must be done or supervised by a certified drainlayer. We have one on our team.

Do you supply as-built drainage plans?

Yes. As-builts are supplied on completion and lodged as required so your council record is correct and future work isn't guesswork.

Can you fix drainage on an existing house?

Yes. Retrofitting stormwater, soak holes, sump and channel drainage around existing homes is regular work for us, including tight access around established landscaping.
