Today, alongside partner Holly Turner, the business has grown into a respected operation, offering end-to-end site solutions with a personal, owner-operated touch.

Toby founded Peard Excavation in 2016 with a single excavator and a clear standard for how earthworks should be done. He leads every project with hands-on involvement, bringing deep site experience and a commitment to transparent, reliable delivery. Toby personally oversees consulting engagements — from the first site assessment to the final cost estimate.
Holly brings engineering and drafting expertise to every aspect of Peard's operations. She manages tendering, project coordination, and client relationships — ensuring every job is scoped accurately, priced fairly, and delivered on time. Holly is the first point of contact for new enquiries and the reason every project runs without surprises.
