Do you handle asbestos removal?

We do not remove asbestos directly — this requires a licensed asbestos removal contractor. However we can identify risk indicators during our site assessment and coordinate with a licensed specialist before our work begins.

Can you remove old concrete foundations?

Yes. Old concrete foundations, footings, and slabs are removed as part of our site clearance scope. We have the hydraulic breakers and grapples to handle this efficiently.

What about underground fuel tanks?

Underground tank removal requires specialist decommissioning before physical removal. We coordinate with the appropriate specialist and then complete the physical extraction and site remediation.

How do you handle vegetation and trees?

Vegetation clearance including trees, stumps, and root systems is included in our site clearance scope. Stump grinding is available where required.

Do I need a demolition consent?

Demolition consents are required for most structures in New Zealand. We can advise on requirements for your specific project and coordinate with your building consent agent.
